Resolution in Progress for ID Card Issues

We are aware that some members of University of Michigan Health Plan have not received the appropriate number of ID cards for their families, and that the cards they did receive do not properly list the members’ dependents.

We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. New ID cards will be mailed to affected members.

Updates will be posted here when they are available.

Update: In addition, we are aware that the incorrect pharmacy group was printed on ID cards for UM Health-Sparrow and UM Health Plan employees. We will be issuing new ID cards to these members. Express Scripts, Inc. (ESI) has confirmed that they are still able to correctly process claims for these members, so access to prescriptions should not be interrupted.
