Finding a Doctor

University of Michigan Health Plan (UM Health Plan) makes it easy for you to find a doctor, no matter where you are in the country.

To find in-network providers for your HMO or POS plan, visit UofMHealthPlan.org/FindaDoctor and select your network from the dropdown menu. Your network can be found on your member ID card.

Looking for PPO or EPO in-network providers?

• If you live IN Michigan, click HERE and select Cofinity Network.
• If you live OUTSIDE of Michigan, click HERE and select First Health Network.

Note: If you receive health insurance through your employer and they do not utilize UM Health Plan for your pharmacy benefits, ask your employer where you can search for in-network pharmacies.
