University of Michigan Health Plan Compliance Program and Code of Conduct

University of Michigan Health Plan (UM Health Plan) has a long-standing tradition of excellence, which is personified in the honest and ethical conduct of our board members, associates, and independent contractors. Every Plan representative is expected to honor our individual and collective commitment to the highest standards of integrity.

The Code of Conduct and Compliance Program was developed to outline UM Health Plan’s commitment to integrity and ethical behavior and states the expectations for how we conduct ourselves to promote and protect our integrity. UM Health Plan requires that all parties comply with all laws and regulations as outlined within the documents below. By applying the UM HealthPlan Code of Conduct, we treat members, business partners, and other colleagues with dignity, honesty, and respect.
