Provider Relations offers training sessions throughout the year to help you and your office staff work smoothly with University of Michigan Health Plan (UM Health Plan).

2024 General Training 101 Series
Training opportunities include; Commercial and Medicare requirements, a review of the Provider Manual, checking eligibility and benefits, claim status, authorizations/approvals, and much more! Attendees should include management and all office staff.
4th Quarter
2024 Lunch and Learn Series
UM Health Plan is excited to continue our Lunch & Learn series for 2024! The goal of this program is to offer meaningful updates on a variety of hot topics in brief. This 60-minute program is scheduled quarterly from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. In addition, there will be time for a question-and-answer session at the end of each program.
